This page explains how GoldTrail handles platform information and the conditions that apply when using trading-related content.
Privacy
GoldTrail may collect account, contact, subscription, platform-use and support information needed to operate the service. We do not sell raw payment-card information and payment credentials should be handled by approved payment providers.
Trading information
GoldTrail provides market analysis, trade ideas, signal updates, educational information and performance records. GoldTrail does not take custody of a user's brokerage funds and does not place trades in a user's personal broker account. Users remain responsible for their own trading decisions and account activity.
Risk and results
Trading financial markets involves substantial risk. A signal, analysis, historical result or performance statistic does not guarantee a future outcome. Past performance does not guarantee future results, and losses can occur. Users should consider their own financial circumstances, broker rules and risk tolerance before acting on trading information.
Signal timing
WAIT, GET READY, BUY, SELL, MANAGE, CLOSE and similar statuses are platform updates published through GoldTrail. Countdown or loading displays communicate the status of a published setup and should not be interpreted as certainty about future market movement.
Prop-firm evaluation support
Evaluation support is intended to help users understand and track challenge objectives, risk limits and trading discipline. GoldTrail does not control a prop firm's rules, eligibility decisions, payouts or evaluation outcomes.
Records and transparency
Published trade history should preserve both positive and negative outcomes. Administrative changes to trading records may be logged so the platform can maintain an auditable history.
